Surroundings
Enjoy the beautiful, rough and unspoiled landscapes of the mysterious “Pays Cathare” in the French Pyrenees. The house provides very comfortable, central heated, accommodation that radiates comfort. Characterised by peace, space and unspoiled nature this region, Languedoc Roussillon, is rich in culture and history. It has very varied landscapes and atmospheres, from rough and rugged mountains to the rolling hills of the Mediterranean. Here we will enjoy an unforgettable experience surrounded by the untouched and pure nature that surrounds us.
Daily Life
Start each morning with a lead exploration of movement and breath. Make your way to the terrace for an organic homemade French breakfast nestled in the protection of the mountains around us. Spend the remainder of your morning in guided bodywork classes, setting embodied intentions and unwinding from anything you may have unresolved within you. Dine over a long leisurely lunch. Then take your deepened awareness outside as we journey into nature with applied Eco-connect activities. Spend the evenings as you wish, enjoying the healing natural hot spring, relaxing in the indoor sauna or exploring the forests.
