What I love about Body Harmony

– That I never had to pretend to be part of a system, I was the system. My unique and individual self-had what I needed to bring balance and more joy to my life.

– The relationships I have made that continue to bless me with friends that really get me. What a surprise. I was not expecting this when I came to learn Body Harmony in the mid-eighties.

– That my first instincts now on most stressful things is to take a deep breath. To feel my exhale slowly descend. To centre myself and not need solutions immediately.

And what I also love is the collaborative relationships that eventuate naturally. As many of you may know, I have been collaborating with Duncan Hogg and Barbara Van Stek for a few years now to bring Body Harmony Retreats to the summers in Europe. Well, we are on the hunt for the perfect venue that fits our extensive needs list. I am starting to get excited by the boutique venues we have been combing through, and the thoughts of getting to spend two full immersive weeks doing Body Harmony in Europe again.
