They run from a Sunday to Friday and are exclusively hosted at our luxury 42-acre Alaya Verde bed and breakfast in Queensland’s beautiful Noosa Hinterland. Each retreat is open to just two sets of guests, with accommodation in separate pavilion-style en-suite rooms allowing you maximum privacy and tranquility.
Our role is to support you and give you all the space you need at Alaya Verde to embark on your holistic recovery and find fresh, positive momentum on your journey towards optimal health and happiness. That’s why your Boutique Revive Retreat is completely personal to you, self-paced and self-directed, from what you eat to the treatments and activities you choose.

Our Boutique Revive Retreats always run from a Sunday to the following Friday, allowing you five nights and five days to get truly immersed in this unique experience at beautiful Alaya Verde. All you need to do now is choose your dates.
From $4895 AUD+ GST for individuals
Your investment is $4895 AUD + GST for an individual, and $6895 AUD + GST for a couple. This includes five nights accommodation at Alaya Verde, five days of fresh organic meal options, along with bodywork treatments and breathwork sessions.

We’re just a 15-minute drive from Noosa, with Alaya Verde nestled within a 42-acre private estate. You will have your own secluded en-suite pavilion-style room with king bed plus full access to our facilities, including a lap pool and lounge with open fire.
A range of tailored bodywork & breathwork therapies
We include bodywork treatments and mindfulness-based breathwork sessions as part of your Boutique Revive Retreat package, but how you enjoy your time with us is entirely up to you. You can sleep, or read, run, or swim — your choice! We can also organise extra treatments, such Ayurvedic or facials.
Build your own days, on-site or further afield
Spend all your days at Alaya Verde doing what feels perfect for you, or venture further afield to explore some of the beautiful destinations on our Sunshine Coast doorstep. Try Noosa National Park, Tea Tree Bay, Sunshine Beach, or maybe Lake Cootharaba.

You can widen your Boutique Revive Retreat experience with one or more on-site additional treatments. Among these are private naturopathic and Ayurvedic consultations with Kimmana Nichols, massage, and facials.
Your guides and Boutique Revive Retreat hosts are husband-and-wife team Duncan Hogg and Gina Carruthers, who since the mid-1980s have lived and worked together helping others find their personal path to optimal health.
Both Gina and Duncan are experienced Body Harmony bodywork therapists and teachers with a deep understanding of other modalities, nutrition, and how the physical, emotional, and spiritual are inextricably intertwined. They grew up in families where health and fitness were the natural choice, and their son Kimmana Nichols is now also a holistic practitioner offering naturopathic and Ayurvedic consultations to retreat guests as well as leading the Vitality Now Ayurvedic Detox.
From luxurious Alaya Verde in Queensland’s Noosa Hinterland, Gina and Duncan host a wide range of unique retreats and events aimed at delivering both a deeply holistic experience and lasting transformation. They are joint directors of Health in Perspective Pty Ltd, and also both teach internationally.
