Welcome to this ongoing series of introductory Body Harmony half day events designed for the beginner or any bodywork and health enthusiast. These days run from 11am – 4pm with a one hour lunch break. This learning opportunity is designed to be easy, enjoyable and restful while offering participants insight into the principles and practices of Body Harmony. It’s a great way to spend your Sunday afternoon in the natural surrounds of Alaya Verde just 15 minutes northwest of central Noosa. For over 3 decades we have studied, organised and presented Body Harmony seminars here and abroad. We shared an ongoing working collaboration with the late founder of Body Harmony, Dr Don McFarland, spanning 3o years. These Body Harmony days are for the bodywork enthusiast wanting to learn more about touch, – and specifically the Body Harmony approach.
This seminar is for people who are looking to improve their sense of unity, self connection and clarity through an embodied, somatic approach to wellness. We welcome direct contact to discuss your participation and Duncan can be reached on +61(0)411 399 873 to answer your questions.
No prior learning is necessary to attend this class. Class hours are presented by certified teachers of the Body Harmony Association and hours are directly applicable to the current practitioner certification guidelines. The teachers will be Gina Carruthers and/or Duncan Hogg.
The Location
This seminar is held at Alaya Verde, (#alayaverdenoosa) our Noosa hinterland B&B and retreat venue. We are a 15 minute drive north-west of central Noosa. To appreciate the local environment click here.
