Booking and cancellation policy

At Health in Perspective, we’re committed to offering you the highest quality of care and service. To help us maintain this standard — and ensure fairness for all clients — we’ve outlined the following booking and cancellation policies. By confirming a booking, you agree to the terms below.

Consultations & Body Harmony Sessions

We understand that life sometimes throws curveballs. If you need to reschedule or cancel your session, please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. This allows us to offer your appointment time to another client.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.
  • If you’re running late, we’ll do our best to accommodate you within your scheduled time, but we may not be able to extend your session

Retreat Bookings

Our retreats involve significant preparation, including personalised planning, catered meals, and venue arrangements. To honour this commitment:

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place.
  • If you need to cancel your attendance:
    • Please notify us as soon as possible.
    • We regret that we cannot refund any payments unless we are able to fill your spot.


We recommend that all participants
consider travel insurance to protect against unforeseen changes.

Accommodation Bookings (Alaya Verde)

We offer limited, boutique-style accommodation onsite for clients and retreat guests. As such:

  • Accommodation bookings are generally non-refundable.
  • If you contact us at least 14 days before your check-in date, we can offer a one-time transfer of your booking to another available date.
  • Cancellations made within 14 days of arrival will forfeit the full amount unless the room is successfully rebooked.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unexpected situations arise. If illness, emergencies, or travel disruptions affect your ability to attend, please contact us as soon as possible. We handle these situations with care and discretion, and will always try to find a fair and compassionate resolution.
