In this retreat we offer you well over 100 years of combined bodywork experience, expertly guided by the founder of Body Harmony®, DR Don McFarland.
As each new day builds upon the last, the cumulative effect of each day’s bodywork touches places within you long forgotten, opening the door to a physical renewal you may not have ever considered possible.

There are two options that we can assist people with regarding accommodation. The first option is renting your own bedroom with other participants from the program in Noosa Heads. We have a modern 5 bedroom house with pool, full cooking facilities in close proximity to shopping, the river and local beaches. A room for one person starts at A$35/ night. The house can be viewed by clicking HERE – however please book through us directly for your discounted rate. We are also able to assist you with recommendations for other local accommodation in the Noosa area.
Transport to and from the venue each day is generally coordinated by a car pooling system, which has worked successfully for the last eight years. We suggest that people choose accommodation centred around the Noosa area for ease of access to other participants staying in Noosa.
Another option is to camp in the grounds of where our house and the seminar venue is located on our private acreage, ‘Alaya Verde’. Camping is available at a cost of A$20/night. We have refridgeration for your food, basic cooking facilities and hot showers. Our assistants for the event will help you get organised as we are 12 minutes drive from the closest town. The benefits of choosing to stay at ‘Alaya Verde’ are multifaceted and recommended if you prefer a more direct experience of the environment. Please let us know ASAP if you will be camping as spaces are limited. The seminar venue is available in the evenings to read or watch a movie with the other participants staying onsite. Hi Linda, We are doing the same wonderful things we were doing when you left. Triple sessions with a coach to up the potential of each session, day after beautiful day. The accumulative effect is amazing.
We missed you and look forward to seeing you in Samoa.

After only four days at the recent One Month Body Harmony Retreat my shoulder has improved to the point where the surgeon cancelled the surgery to re-attach my torn tendon, due the following week.He was amazed at the improvement in mobility in both shoulder and arm and I was happy that the pain I had been experiencing, particularly at night, was much more manageable.
Two ultrasounds 6 months apart had both shown a full thickness tear of the tendon so the specialist has ordered an M.R.I. to see just what is happening in that shoulder.
Thank you to every participant and teacher at that Retreat you have all made such a difference to my health and wellbeing. Imagine what would have happened if I had attended for the whole month! Lynne
Great reading this Lynne, there is always the full month waiting for you to participate in next year!

After arriving in Noosa a tad overwhelmed, (o.k. lets be honest completely buggered, emotionally and physically) by recent events in my life. I found the one month programme to be an amazing transformative experience, often challenging, – always rewarding.
I left Noosa feeling more connected, centred, more at ease than I have ever felt, and that has not diminished on my return home. On the contrary it continues to unfold and the insights and tools that I came home with are relevant in all areas of my life.
To my knowledge this programme is unique and I feel very grateful to those who make it possible, and look forward to returning in 2009.
cheers glyn
Hi Glyn, We look forward to your return as well, as does the property….. good breathes till then. G & D.
I attended the One Month Body Harmony Retreat in October 2008.
Since then I have done more to live my dreams than ever before. By ‘done’ I mean taking real action. I went to the retreat with personal and financial goals. I left with excitement. I left unstuck.
Since the retreat I have continued to unfold and evolve, as I become the bodyworker I want to be. I’ve given numerous bodywork sessions and laughed alot.
And I’m gaining momentum.
I am well on my way to doubling my income for the year for an extra 5 hours of easy work a week. I kind of believed I could do it. Body Harmony helped me to do it.
Body Harmony has deepened, widened and clarified my spiritual beliefs. Beyond concepts and systems, Body Harmony connects me to the wonder of being alive and has helped unleash the spontaneous energy to do what I need to do with this precious life. I feel incredibly supported by the teachers and the beauty of the Body Harmony touch.
How was the one month retreat?………………. AWESOME!
