Gina Carruthers

Gina Carruthers holds a Batchelor of Science in Psychology as well as being a director of Health In Perspective and the owner of ‘Alaya Verde‘ – a luxury Bed and Breakfast facility and retreat destination in the Noosa hinterland.

She is a business woman, a health and bodywork enthusiast, an environmental and community activist, a mother of 3 adult children and her interests include surfing and ocean activities, gardening, food as medicine, art, art therapy, eco-psychology and health and wellbeing.

She shared a collaborative working relationship with the late Dr Don McFarland – the founder of Body Harmony® – in her role as a long term teacher and practitioner, and as a co-organiser of the One Month Body Harmony Retreat and the Body Harmony International Conferences.

Duncan Hogg

Duncan Hogg is a manual therapist in private practice in the Noosa hinterland. He has three decades experience in helping people realise their body’s potential for healing. He is the director of Health In Perspective and the owner of ‘Alaya Verde‘ – a luxury, small scale retreat facility on 42 acres in the Noosa hinterland.

He also is a health and bodywork enthusiast with a passion for the transformational aspects of behaviour and motivation. Duncan began studying with the California based Dr Don McFarland DC in 1986, – the founder of a system and an approach to healing known as Body Harmony®.

Duncan is a  long term teacher and practitioner of Body Harmony®, having presented classes in 15 different countries. Duncan is also a co-organiser of the One Month Body Harmony Retreat and the current president of the newly formed Body Harmony Association Inc. >> Email Duncan
